Former Anesthesiologist-in-Chief at Cincinnati, Huntington & Lake City VA acute care medical centers. Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology (1988) with subspecialty certification in Interventional Pain Management (2029), certified Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) of the World Institute of Pain (2012) and certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians (2010) and the American Board of Pain Medicine (2001).  Expert witness in several personal injury cases. Presently, providing Independent Medical Examinations and Expert Witness Consulting in medical malpractice and personal injury fields. Specialization in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided cervicothoracic & lumbosacral intraspinal and extraspinal regional anesthetic techniques for both acute and chronic pain management.
